Neerja Bawaskar

Neerja Bawaskar is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Sr DFT Methodology Engineer at NVIDIA since May 2024. Prior to this role, Bawaskar held multiple leadership positions at the NYSCD Society of Women Engineers, including President, Vice President, and Communications Director from July 2021 to June 2024. Experienced in design and functional testing techniques, Bawaskar worked as a Principal DFT Engineer at GlobalFoundries from February 2015 to May 2024 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Portland State University from April 2013 to December 2014, where notable projects included proposing a functional testing technique for analog circuits and designing a digital to analog converter. Bawaskar holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
