Rudolf Schlangen

Rudolf Schlangen serves as a Manager at NVIDIA since June 2012, overseeing all Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) for logic failures requiring ATE stimulus, with a team based in Santa Clara, California, and Taiwan utilizing various systems. Previously, Rudolf held the position of Senior Failure Analysis Electrical Engineer at NVIDIA, leading advanced EFA processes and managing multiple sophisticated testing systems. Prior experience includes application development at DCG Systems, where Rudolf contributed to the creation of the ELITE Lock-In-Thermography product, and managing defect localization technology with global responsibilities. Rudolf Schlangen holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Failure Analysis from Technische Universität Berlin and a Master’s degree in Microelectronics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, along with education at Curtin University.
