Wendy Kwan

Wendy Kwan, CPA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Wendy'smost recent position was as the VP of Finance at Mediar Therapeutics, a role they started in February 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Finance and Controller at Imara, Inc from March 2020 to February 2023. Before that, they served as an Assistant Controller at Imara, Inc from May 2019 to March 2020.

Wendy also gained experience at Arsanis as a Senior Manager of External Reporting and Technical Accounting from June 2018 to March 2019. Wendy Kwan, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies as part of their undergraduate studies. In 2010, Wendy briefly attended Fudan University to study International Business. Wendy has also obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, although the specific month and year of their certification are not provided.
