Lauren Hile

Lauren Hile is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in client partnership, music experience design, and education. Currently serving as a Client Partner for Strategic Accounts at MediaRadar, Inc., Lauren focuses on driving revenue through personalized training and collaboration with key customers. Concurrently, in the role of Music Experience Designer at Xponential Fitness, Lauren creates and curates playlists for over 685 Pure Barre studios while identifying musical trends. With a background in education as a Learning Specialist at both Rodeph Sholom School and York Prep, Lauren has implemented instructional strategies across various subjects and supported diverse learners. Additional experience includes serving as a Fitness Instructor at Pure Barre and a Training & Enablement Intern at Litify, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a Master's in Special Education and a Bachelor's in English from Southern Connecticut State University.
