Theo Johnson has a diverse work experience in the digital media industry. Theo started their career at Mediacom as a Digital Media Executive in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Theo then joined Cancer Research UK as an Online Marketing Executive from 2010 to 2011. After that, they worked at 33Seconds as a Social Media Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they were a Social Media Manager at Styloko from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Theo worked at Ebiquity plc, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Account Manager, Digital Director, and Senior Digital Lead. Since 2018, they have been working at MediaSense as a Digital Director and later promoted to Head of Digital.
Theo Johnson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Classical Studies from Newcastle University in 2008. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's Degree in Classical Reception at Royal Holloway, University of London.
