Kevin Lesinski has extensive experience in the legal field. Kevin currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Mediaspectrum, Inc. Since joining in January 2021. Prior to this, they held roles within the Harvard Law School Association (HLSA), where they were a member of the Executive Committee and the International Committee starting from July 2019.

Before their time at HLSA, Lesinski worked at Seyfarth Shaw as a Securities Litigation Partner from November 2002 to June 2020. At Seyfarth Shaw, they led and successfully resolved securities litigation cases involving Solidus Networks.

Earlier in their career, Lesinski was a Partner and Associate Attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart for over a decade, starting from November 1991 to November 2002. Kevin focused on securities litigation, class and derivative actions, accountant liability, and the protection of trade secrets and intellectual property.

Lesinski began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Gaston & Snow, where they practiced securities litigation, accountant liability defense, intellectual property litigation, and complex commercial litigation from July 1989 to October 1991.

Kevin Lesinski attended Gesu, a school for which no start or end years were provided. Following their time at Gesu, they enrolled at the University of Arizona in 1978 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1980. Subsequently, from 1980 to 1983, Lesinski attended Harvard Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a specialization in Law.
