Jim Santa Barbara has a strong background in analytics and data analysis. Jim began their career at Nielsen in 2003, where they served as Vice President for nearly a decade. In 2012, they joined Market Fusion Analytics as Sr Vice President and stayed with the company until 2018. During this time, they gained extensive experience in analytics and leadership. Their next role was as Associate Director, Global Analytics at Johnson & Johnson from 2018 to 2019. Jim then worked as Director, CPG Delivery at LatentView Analytics in 2019.
