Svetlana Sergeyeva

Svetlana Sergeyeva is a highly experienced professional in the field of mediation and law, currently serving as a Certified Mediator at the International Mediation Institute since September 2022. With extensive involvement in various organizations, Svetlana holds the position of Vice-President at the Ukrainian Academy of Mediation and serves as a Mediator for both the International Commercial Arbitration Court and the Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Additional roles include being a member of the Management Board and Head of the Odessa Region Branch for the Ukrainian Bar Association, a Leading Expert for the EU Project CONSENT, and a National Expert on Mediation for the EU Project Pravo-Justice. Svetlana is also a partner at Sergeyevs' Law Office and holds the role of Vice-Chairman at the Committee of Mediation of the Council of Advocates in the Odessa Region. Since January 2021, Svetlana has been a Global Advisor at MediateGuru. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law in European Law from Odessa National Academy of Law and mediator training from DeutscheAnwaltAkademie.
