David Liu

David Liu has over a decade of experience in corporate finance, currently serving as Manager of Corporate Finance at MediaTek since March 2015, specializing in M&A, investments, and financial analysis. Liu's prior roles at MediaTek include Project Manager and Principal Specialist, also focused on M&A and financial analysis. Previous experience includes positions at Citi as a Relationship Associate and Management Associate, ranking first in class, as well as a Senior Analyst at Public Radio Capital and a Summer Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Liu's career began as an Equity Research Associate at Thomas Weisel Partners, following internships focused on corporate investment. Liu holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in International Business from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
