Elsa Demetrioff

Elsa Demetrioff is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at MediaTek since September 2022, Elsa focuses on enhancing HR capabilities in Southern California. Prior to this role, Elsa worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cue Health, where strategic partnerships with management were established to address HR needs. As a Human Resources Manager at Hoya Vision Care for over 13 years, responsibilities included managing HR programs for the US sales force and collaborating on recruitment and employee relations. Earlier experience includes HR/Payroll Manager at Photon Dynamics Canada Inc., and HR Generalist at Aon Consulting, where foundational HR competencies were developed.
