Pankaj Pachlore is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in the semiconductor and networking industries. Currently at MediaTek since January 2020, Pankaj leads the development of 32-64 Bit SoCs for set-top boxes and cameras, focusing on compatibility and performance alongside BSP and software integration for AOSP-based boards. Prior roles include Head of Department in Network Security at Quick Heal, overseeing the development of security software for various devices, and VP of Home Automation and Surveillance at Jio, where Pankaj managed camera and IoT solutions. Previous experience spans application engineering at Marvell Semiconductor, project leadership at Conexant and Wipro Technologies, and initial software engineering at Spartan Labs. Pankaj holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BE in Computer Science from Amravati University.
