Shu-Hsin Chang

Shu-Hsin Chang is a seasoned SoC System Architect at MediaTek, with extensive experience since August 2008. Specializing in flagship smartphone and automotive technologies, Shu-Hsin has successfully led initiatives in generative AI and cross-vertical technology. Previous roles include Deep Learning Senior Manager, where leadership of the deep learning compiler team resulted in industry-leading power efficiency for MediaTek's Dimensity 9200 features, and Computer Vision Manager, overseeing the design of proprietary DSPs and heavy-weight algorithm analysis. Additional leadership positions involved System Performance technical management, focusing on big-LITTLE scheduling, and as Smartphone Security Team Lead, responsible for cross-site firmware development and security initiatives. Early career experience includes a Physical Design Summer Internship at MediaTek, where an in-house EDA tool was developed. Shu-Hsin holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University.
