Alnoor Maherali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mediation, policy development, and humanitarian affairs. As Co-Founder and CEDR and SIMI-Accredited Mediator at Venn Mediation LLC, established in March 2020, Alnoor successfully built a recognized brand in dispute resolution operating across four continents. In addition, Alnoor serves as an Affiliate Trainer & Facilitator at Vantage Partners, delivering negotiation training and leadership facilitation, and as an Outsourced Organizational Ombudsperson with MWI, providing neutral support for employee issues. Previous roles include Director of Policy and Partnerships at the Aga Khan Development Network, where Alnoor impacted 100,000 residents and secured $100 million in partnerships, and Senior Policy Advisor at Global Affairs Canada, coordinating government responses to humanitarian crises, facilitating over $150 million in assistance. Alnoor holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Queen's University.
