Josh Hoch has extensive experience in conflict resolution and mediation, currently serving as the Director of Ombuds at MWI since June 2001, where responsibilities include managing outsourced ombuds services for various industries, including construction and higher education. In addition, Josh serves as the Director of Mediation Services, conducting intake and providing information on mediation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. As a Divorce Mediator, Josh assists clients in reaching fair agreements on critical family matters such as child support and asset division. Previous roles include Mediator at Mediator Network from January 2002 to January 2009 and a staff member at the Academy of Family Mediators in 2000. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Mediation, Legal Studies, and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
