Megan Winkeler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, advocacy, and law. Currently serving as a Senior Trainer & ADR Consultant at MWI since October 2013, Megan has held various leadership roles including Director of Training & Analytics and Program Manager. Additionally, Megan has been an Affiliate Trainer & Facilitator at Vantage Partners since September 2019 and served as Editor in Chief for the UMass Law Review from May 2023 to May 2024. Previous roles include Policy and Advocacy Assistant at PASSOP, Political Aide at The Scottish Parliament, and LHC Grant Researcher for the City of Bloomington, IL. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from UMass Law (2020-2024), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Illinois Wesleyan University (2007-2011), studies in Political Studies - Conflict Resolution at the University of Cape Town (2011-2012), and completion of the Institute of Governance at The University of Edinburgh (2009).
