Prior to this, Joanna served as the Vice President - People at Tonic Games Group, now part of Epic Games. With a background in HR leadership roles at companies like Karmarama and experience as a freelance HR consultant, Joanna brings over 16 years of diverse HR experience to their current role. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Loughborough University.
