Todd Gardner is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in music, law, and mediation. Currently a Professor at Berklee College of Music since August 2014, Gardner specializes in current issues related to Music Business/Management, taxation, accounting, start-ups, health and music, and entrepreneurship. In addition to this role, Gardner serves as an Associate Professor and Consultant at Accord3.0 Consultants, addressing complex public affairs challenges globally. As the Director of Intermountain Mediation Center, Gardner mediates various disputes, and also contributes as a Mediator for Mediators Beyond Borders. Gardner's previous experience includes playing as a drummer with the JD Moffat Quartet and practicing as an Attorney from 1991 to 2012, focusing on complex litigation in medical malpractice and traumatic injuries. Academically, Gardner holds a JD from Pepperdine Law, an MBA from Westminster University, and a BS in Political Science, English, and Music from the University of Utah.
