Ete Davies

Ete Davies is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the creative and marketing sectors. Currently serving as EVP for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Dentsu Creative since May 2022, Ete is responsible for leading a community of 5,000 across 47 markets while growing the creative business and driving regional excellence and innovation. Additionally, Ete holds multiple strategic roles, including EMEA Chief Operating Officer at Media Trust, Non-Executive Director at The Guardian and The Creative Foundation, and Board Trustee positions at Manifest Group and Effie Worldwide. Ete has also been a host for the 'Conscious Thinking' podcast and is the founder of CultureHeroes. Educational credentials include an MSc in Business and Management from Aberystwyth University and certification from the Institute of Directors on the Role of the Non-Executive Director.
