Mariam Shafi Khan's work experience begins in 2013 as a Communications Executive for Queen's South Asian Association. From 2014 to 2015, they held various volunteer roles at Community Living, Providence Care, and Kingston General Hospital. In 2015, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Infant Cognition Development Lab and Families with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Inc. Mariam then joined Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. as a Technical Support Specialist until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Support Team Lead at EDealer. In 2020, they became a Technical Customer Success Manager at CareCru Inc. and later transitioned to the role of Technical Support Team Lead. Currently, Mariam works at MediaValet as an Associate Software Developer since 2023 and also served as a Team Lead, Technical Support and Technical Support Specialist previously.
Mariam Shafi Khan began their education at Karachi Grammar School in 1997 and completed their high school education there in 2009. Afterward, they attended Ridley College from 2010 to 2011, where they completed their high school diploma. Following that, Mariam pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Honours degree in Psychology at Queen's University from 2011 to 2018.
