Michael Guastamacchio

Michael Guastamacchio is the Co-Founder & CEO at MediaZilla. Prior to that, they were the CFO / Business Development at Precomposed Media from June 2012 to December 2014. Precomposed Media was the industry leading provider of DVD & Blu-ray motion menu templates with themed authoring and packaging kits for video production. The business was merged into MediaZilla. From October 2010 to January 2014, Michael was a Consultant / CPA at Toyota Financial Services, Mazda North American Operations, Newegg. Michael's responsibilities included executing internal audit work so external auditors could place significant reliance on our testing, providing recommendations for updating narratives, control descriptions, testing methods, and control design to increase testing efficiency and mitigate questions by external auditors, individual and small business taxes, and personal financial consulting/planning, including tax planning, employee benefits, and more. Prior to that role, they were the Internal Audit Supervisor / Sr Field Internal Auditor at Toyota Financial Services from April 2005 to July 2010.

Michael Guastamacchio has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Michael is also certified as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
