Kate Luxmoore

Kate Luxmoore is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Executive for both Enterprise Technology Services and Employee Technology Experience at Medibank since April 2023, Kate has previously held significant positions at QBE Insurance as Head of Technology Operations from June 2019 to April 2023, and at ME Bank, where roles included General Manager PMO and Program Director from July 2015 to May 2019. Prior tenure includes positions at GE Capital and GE Commercial Finance, where Kate contributed across digital transformation, IT operations, and program management. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
