Aby John

Aby John currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at MediBuddy since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President in both Talent Management and HR Business Partner at BYJU'S from December 2019 to March 2022. Aby also held the position of HR Manager at Global Consumer Products Private Limited and Marico Limited, and started a career in human resources at ITC Limited as an Assistant Manager. Early professional experience was gained as an Engineer in Production at HPCL, where operations in the Mumbai Refinery were managed. Aby holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
