Archana Prabhakar has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Archana is currently working as the Head of Clinical Quality at MediBuddy, starting from April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Consultant General Physician and Clinical Lead at RxDx Healthcare from November 2020 to April 2022. From February 2019 to November 2020, they worked as a Consultant General Physician at Cure.Fit. Archana also has experience as an Emergency Medical Officer at Bangalore Baptist Hospital, where they were responsible for handling medical emergencies and was involved in a social responsibility initiative related to road safety and trauma care. Before that, they worked as a Personal Physician - Registrar at NationWide Primary Healthcare Services, providing primary care to the public and corporate clients. Archana has also worked as a Medical Officer at Express Clinics. Archana started their career as an Intern at Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences in 2007 and has also worked as a Visiting Physician and Research Assistant at the Molecular Imaging Program. Prior to joining MediBuddy, they were self-employed as a General Practitioner.

Archana Prabhakar completed their General Management Certificate in Healthcare Management (GMHE) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they pursued their MMed in Family Medicine from Christian Medical College Vellore from 2014 to 2016. Archana Prabhakar also holds an MBBS degree in Medicine & Surgery from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli, which they obtained from 2002 to 2008. Their educational journey began at Army Public School (Erstwhile Army School) in Bengaluru, where they received their CBSE degree from 1996 to 2002. Archana Prabhakar has also obtained additional certifications such as Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, in the years 2017, 2015, and 2015 respectively.
