Rashmi Kaushik

Rashmi Kaushik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Her career began in 2005 as a Public Relations Officer at Paramount Hospital Pvt Ltd, where she managed daily administration and coordinated patient activities. In 2013, she transitioned to Anandaloke Hospital & Neuroscience Centre as an Operations Manager, where she was responsible for planning, organizing, and directing various operational and quality improvement initiatives.

In 2014, Rashmi joined Apollo Hospitals as an Executive Guest Relations Officer, where she handled VIPs, VVIPs, and international patients, focusing on service quality management and patient flow strategies. By 2015, she moved to Apollo MedSkills Limited as an Assistant Manager- SRM overseeing management, international courses, and branding efforts. She later advanced to become the State Head for the North East Government Project and served as the Regional Head for North East Operations, managing placement operations.

In 2020, Rashmi became a Senior Operations Manager at Apollo Life, where she was responsible for OHC services and B2B client relationships. Most recently, in 2023, she assumed the role of Regional Head of Operations for the South Region at MediBuddy.

Rashmi's solid educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Hospital Administration from Medvarsity in 2013 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Management Jobs between 2012 and 2014. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Dibrugarh University, obtained between 2002 and 2004.

In addition to her academic achievements, Rashmi is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management obtained in 2017 from TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd and AXELOS Global Best Practice, respectively. She has further enhanced her Six Sigma skills through Aad Education and holds another certification in this area from TUV SUD South Asia Pvt Ltd.
