Rashmi Kaushik

Rashmi Kaushik has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. RASHMI started their career as a Public Relations Officer at Paramount Hospital Pvt Ltd in 2005, where they were responsible for daily administration and coordination of patient activities. In 2013, they served as an Operations Manager at Anandaloke Hospital & Neuroscience Centre, where they managed, planned, organized, and directed various operational and quality improvement activities. RASHMI then joined Apollo Hospitals in 2014 as an Executive Guest Relations Officer, where they focused on service quality management and developing strategies for patient inflow and outflow. From 2015 onwards, Rashmi worked at Apollo MedSkills Limited, initially as an Assistant Manager SRM and later as the State Head for the DDU-GKY Project. During this time, they also served as the Regional Head Placement, overseeing placement operations. In 2020, Rashmi joined Apollo Life as a Senior Operation Manager, and in 2023, they transitioned to the role of Regional Head of Operations for the South region at MediBuddy.
