Sagar Sankhala

Sagar Sankhala is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee onboarding, recruitment, and payroll management. Currently serving as a Specialist in People & Culture at MediBuddy since October 2025, Sagar is responsible for overseeing the complete onboarding lifecycle and payroll inputs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Prior to this role, Sagar worked at Sigma Infosolutions Ltd. as an Executive-HR, managing end-to-end hiring processes and workforce planning. Sagar also held positions at OPPO as an Assistant-HR, focusing on recruitment and onboarding, and began a career in HR as an Intern at Swastika Investmart Limited. Sagar holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Taxation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
