Anne Snowden

Anne Snowden, MPH, CPHQ, serves as the Senior Manager of Quality Measurement at Medica since November 2020, following a role as Manager of Quality Measurement. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Community-Engaged Research Programs at the University of Minnesota and leading various roles at MN Community Measurement from 2005 to 2019, where significant contributions were made to health care performance measurement and reporting. Prior to that, Anne held positions at the Minnesota Department of Human Services, focusing on quality oversight for Medicaid and Medicare organizations, and at Medica, where key quality improvement programs were designed and implemented. Anne's early career includes directing public health education programs for the American Cancer Society in Minnesota. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.
