Brad. Abbott

Brad Abbott is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in risk management and business continuity. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Security and Chief Information Security Officer at Medica since October 2015, Brad Abbott leads the security organization and previously held roles focused on risk management and identity access management. Prior to Medica, Brad Abbott worked at Target for over a decade, overseeing complex infrastructure projects as an IT Project Manager and Technology Program Manager. Earlier in Brad Abbott's career, roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Ernst & Young involved developing and managing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. Brad Abbott holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
