Douglas Jennings

Douglas Jennings is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in identity and access management, digital transformation, and systems engineering. Currently serving as Delivery Leader for IT Digital Transformation at Medica since July 2018, Douglas is responsible for implementing key performance measures in preparation for a hybrid cloud model and is a member of the Enterprise Architecture Council. Previously, Douglas held various roles at Minnesota IT Services, including Systems Architect and Lead Engineer, where responsibilities included strategic direction for the State of Minnesota’s Identity and Access Management program and technical support for integration and operational standards. Earlier experience includes positions at the Minnesota Department of Human Services and MBA Software and Consulting, with a foundational education from St. Cloud State University and Brown College.
