Dy Drake, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in organizational development, currently serving as the Organizational Development Director at Medica. Previously, Dy operated as a self-employed Organizational Consultant and held the position of Principal Consultant at the Centre for High Performance Development. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at Pearson Reid London House and as a Manager of Design & Development at Northwest Airlines.
