Eric Schwartz

Eric Schwartz is an experienced IT professional specializing in enterprise monitoring solutions. Since April 2018, Eric has been working as an Enterprise Monitoring Engineer at Medica, where responsibilities include managing Dynatrace: Managed, App-Mon, DC-RUM, and Synthetic (Gomez) tools, along with ITM6 and various custom monitoring tools. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from May 2006 to April 2018 and held a position as a Systems Programmer.
