Javier Sanchez, EMBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, compliance, and business management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at Medica since May 2016, Javier focuses on enhancing the network quality program by improving compliance standards and audit performance. Prior roles include Compliance Lead at Blu-Alliance, where Javier promoted Medica's Individual and Family Business products and coordinated intake functions, as well as various management positions at Wells Fargo, where Javier mentored bilingual sales teams and led IT operations. As the founder of Proximiti Enterprise, Javier provided services in real estate, mortgage, and insurance to underserved communities. Additionally, Javier held significant roles at Alavena Group, Seven Seas Petroleum LLC, and as an Associate Attorney at R.S&G. Attorneys at Law. Javier holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor from Universidad de La Sabana.
