Cecilia Silva

Cecilia Silva is a Major Gifts Officer at the ACLU of Texas since April 2023 and a Partner at Social Venture Partners Dallas, where involvement includes the Dana Juett Residency program focused on venture philanthropy. Previous roles include serving as a Michigan Fellows Program Consultant for the Progressive Turnout Project, Communications and Development Director as well as various program management positions at ReflectUS, and addressing gender equity as a Senior Gender Equity Fellow at the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement. Additional experience includes being a Dallas Public Voices Fellow with The OpEd Project, Program and Communications Coordinator for the League of Women Voters, and holding multiple leadership roles with IGNITE National. Cecilia Silva's educational background includes an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Tarrant County College and further studies at The University of Texas at Arlington.
