Jim Williams has over three decades of experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Direct-to-Consumer Marketing at Medica since November 2000. In this role, Jim oversees all aspects of member marketing and communications for post-enrollment Medicare, Medicaid, and individual audiences. Prior positions at Medica include Manager of Individual and Family Business Communications, where Jim provided comprehensive communication support, and User Experience Analyst for Project Phoenix, responsible for automated communication standards. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Communications & Public Relations for the Minnesota Health & Housing Alliance and Publications Manager at HealthEast. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
