Laurie Bauer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communications, strategy development, and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Medica since November 2021, Laurie focuses on building effective internal and healthcare communication strategies while supporting culture, diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and business transformation initiatives.
