Lisa Schiltz

Lisa Schiltz, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Medical Policy & Clinical Administration Operations at Medica since November 2022, previously holding the role of Clinical Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Clinical Operations at Bryan Heart, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing clinical operations for the Cardiovascular Ambulatory Service Line and co-leading a Telemedicine Services expansion project. Prior roles feature CSP Operations Manager at Children's Hospital & Medical Center - Omaha, focusing on operational aspects in pediatric specialties, and Director of Outpatient Services at St. Mary’s Community Hospital, providing leadership across multiple medical practices. Earlier in their career, Lisa was the Director of Operations at All Care Health Center, managing ancillary programs and improving staff retention. Lisa holds an MBA from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a BA in English and Legal Studies from Chadron State College.
