Melissa Brown is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in provider network operations and client experience management. Currently serving as the Manager of Provider Network Operations and Initiatives at Medica since February 2020, Melissa leads a team of data analysts and collaborates with IT and departmental leaders to address data-related challenges.
