Neil Wahlstrom, MBA, FACHE, PT, is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong background in clinical strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Currently serving as Director of Clinical Strategic Initiatives and Director of Clinical Value Advancement at Medica, Neil focuses on collaboration with providers to enhance healthcare value and achieve the triple aim. Previous roles include Executive Director of Home Health Services at Providence St. Joseph Health, where strategic decision-making and process improvement were emphasized, and Senior Operations Partner at Providence Health & Services, driving transformational solutions for operational excellence. Neil's experience spans various positions in physical therapy and rehabilitation, demonstrated through leadership roles at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy and The Diagnostic & Treatment Center. An MBA graduate with specialization in finance from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Neil also holds fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
