Shelley Lano

Shelley Lano, MGS, LSW, CCM, is an experienced clinical liaison at Medica since February 2006, where responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education for external care coordination entities. Additionally, Shelley functions as a licensed insurance agent specializing in accident and health insurance, specifically Medicare products. Previous experience includes serving as a care coordinator, managing care plans and service authorizations for clients, and as a Senior Lead Social Worker at Wright County, conducting waiver assessments and home visits. Prior roles include Director of Social Services at Good Samaritan Society, overseeing admissions, discharges, and care coordination for residents. Shelley holds a Master's degree in Gerontology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from St. Cloud State University.
