Vanessa Duncan

Vanessa Duncan is an experienced Operations Business Analyst, currently holding the position of Operations Business Analyst IV at Medica since June 2020, having progressed through the ranks from Operations Business Analyst II to III. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at Concord from July 2016 to June 2020. Vanessa's earlier experience includes a role as Circulation Services Lead Student Employee at the University of Minnesota Duluth Library from December 2012 to May 2016, along with various positions in customer service, such as Host at Canal Park Brewery, Receptionist at Doyle Security Products, and Barista at Caribou Coffee. Vanessa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where studies were completed between 2012 and 2016, following graduation from Jefferson High School in 2012.
