Jo'Rese Cotton

Jo'Rese Cotton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and retail. As the owner of J&L Royal LLC since August 2020, Jo'Rese manages a clothing retail business specializing in casual and lounge wear. In addition, Jo'Rese serves as an Indiana Representative for Medicaid Done Right, working diligently to assist residents in nursing facilities with the Medicaid application process since December 2018. Previously, Jo'Rese held roles as an Eligibility Specialist and Eligibility Assistant at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, where responsibilities included processing aid applications and maintaining client files. Jo'Rese's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Indiana University Bloomington.
