Meghan Sheridan

Meghan Sheridan, RD, CDE, currently serves as the Director of MSO and Care Management at Medical Advantage, a role encompassing strategic oversight of care management programs, development of professional services strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery. With extensive experience in population health management, Meghan has previously managed significant projects such as the Michigan Primary Care Transformation Project and provided nutrition care as a Registered Dietitian at Women Infants and Children. Graduating with a BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University and completing a dietetic internship at the University of Michigan, Meghan combines clinical expertise with leadership in care management, mentoring staff and contributing to population health initiatives.
