Krishnan Rajagopalan

Krishnan is a dynamic finance professional with over 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing function. He brings rich experience and expertise in management accounting, cost optimization, financial controllership, accounting, and administration. He joined the MBW team in 2016.

Prior to joining our team, Krishnan Rajagopalan was associated with a leading Chartered Accountancy firm as an Audit Manager responsible for auditing the accounts for the firm’s clients and maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of internal controls. He also helped liaison work on Statutory Compliances like Sales Tax, Service Tax, Provident Fund & ESI, and Excise Duty.

Krishnan Rajagopalan has worked in various capacities, across multiple locations, with HDFC Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in India. Some of his duties over the years at HDFC included the following: Handling Home Loans and every aspect associated with the loans, Preparation of Branch Budget for Housing Loan, receipts, sanctions, disbursement, Marketing of Housing Loan, arranging for deduction at source to meet the budget for the year.

Krishnan has also handled various financial functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control. Managing daily collections of cash, cheque, demand draft, accounting, banking, acknowledging the same, posting to the ledger, and maintenance of its control account.

Mr. Rajagopalan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras.
