Allen Harrison

Allen Harrison has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Allen began their career as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HCA in 2006, serving until 2010. From 1996 to 2011, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center. In 2011, they became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of St. David's North Austin Medical Center, a position they held until 2017. Allen then served as the CEO of Methodist Hospital from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of President and CEO at Methodist Healthcare System, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of President and CEO at Medical City Healthcare.

Allen Harrison attended Oral Roberts University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Allen then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia, completing their studies from 1986 to 1988. Later, Allen enrolled at the University of Colorado Denver, where they completed their MBA in Health from 1998 to 2000.
