Scott Rousseu is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in e-learning, assessment content development, and instructional design. Currently serving as an Assessment Content Developer at the Medical Council of Canada since January 2019, Scott previously held various roles, including E-Learning and Level Coordinator/Senior Instructor at the American University of Sharjah, where responsibilities included training faculty, analyzing e-learning data, and leading course design efforts. As a co-founder of HealthyWealthyExpat Financial Empowerment, Scott developed a financial education website focused on expatriates and gained proficiency in digital content creation.
