Currently serving as Head of Business Systems and Head of Service Delivery at MedicalDirector since April 2017, Brett leads technological initiatives and service delivery strategies. Prior to this role, Brett worked as a Freelance IT Consultant, assisting small businesses in improving processes and implementing effective IT solutions. At The Executive Centre from 2011 to 2016, Brett managed the design and delivery of technological roadmaps and business transformation projects. Previous experience includes senior management positions at Servcorp, where Brett oversaw enterprise infrastructure, and Touchmark Solutions, where responsibilities included supervising hosted infrastructure and internal system maintenance. Early career experience as a Senior Research & Development Engineer at ASI Solutions involved testing and documentation of new technologies in collaboration with industry partners.
