Currently serving as the Director of Procurement at Medical Electronic Systems since February 2018, Sivan previously held multiple roles at PCB Technologies Ltd., including Purchasing Manager for the Assembly Division, where responsibilities encompassed managing an annual purchasing budget of $40M and leading a team of 10 employees. Sivan's expertise in raw material procurement, cost control, and inventory management was previously recognized with an outstanding employee award in 2009. Sivan holds a Master of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emek Yizrael College.
