Ashley Harris

Ashley Harris currently serves as the Director of Discharge Planning & Social Work at Medical Facilities of America, starting in January 2024. Previously, Ashley held the position of Lead Director of Discharge Planning & Social Work for the East Region at Saber Healthcare Group from September 2019 to January 2024. Ashley's earlier experience includes roles such as Social Worker and Life Enrichment Director at Consulte Healthcare/Vero Health Management, Director of Therapeutic & Recreational Services at The Arbor Company, and Life Enrichment Coordinator at Warwick Forest Retirement Community. Ashley began the career path as an Activity Intern at Atlantic Shores Cooperative Association and as a Childcare Provider & Member Services Associate at the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Old Dominion University between 2011 and 2014.
