Maria Reed

Maria Reed is an experienced Occupational Therapy Assistant currently serving as a COTA/L at Huntersville Health and Rehabilitation Center with Medical Facilities of America since July 2016. Previous roles include OTA Fieldwork student at Wendover Pediatrics Carolinas HealthCare System and Olde Knox Commons, where Maria planned and implemented treatment interventions for children and geriatric populations, respectively. Maria has gained diverse experience through fieldwork at various therapy settings during training at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and has also served as a special needs caregiver. Maria holds an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from East Carolina University.
