Chandi Gracey is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and business management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience at Medical Guardian since February 2025, Chandi previously held key positions such as Customer Success and Business Operations Executive at SamaCare, Vice President of Customer Success Operations at Human Interest, and Head of Company Operations at Helm Services, a Stripe subsidiary.
