Nicole Milano

Nicole Milano, LCSW, CYT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Services and Administration at Medical Home Network since February 2022, Milano previously held the position of Senior Account Manager for Integrated Behavioral Health. Prior experience includes Program Director at Gateway Foundation and social work roles at Lawndale Christian Legal Center, where activities ranged from consultation to volunteer supervision. At Lawndale Christian Health Center, Milano managed and oversaw comprehensive social service programs, concentrating on initiatives such as Maternal and Child Health and HIV support. Additional roles include Program Manager for Maternal and Child Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Clinical Social Work Consultant at BUILD Chicago.
